 產(chǎn)品概述： 我廠設(shè)計(jì)的發(fā)酵罐為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)式罐型，這種罐型當(dāng)公稱(chēng)容積在6m3以下時(shí)罐采用夾套式。發(fā)酵氣的冷卻或加熱，均由夾套來(lái)完成。 公稱(chēng)容積為6m3以上時(shí)，發(fā)酵氣的冷卻由立式盤(pán)管來(lái)?yè)?dān)負(fù)，在罐內(nèi)盤(pán)管的連接方面我們作了改進(jìn)，這主要避免在罐體上多開(kāi)孔 ，開(kāi)成死角，這種連續(xù)方式在實(shí)際使用中得到滿(mǎn)意的效果。 Product overview I plant design as the standard type tank fermenter type,this type when the nominal tank volume of 6m3 or less when using jacketed tank.Fermentation gas cooling or heating,by the jacket to complete.When the nominal volume of more than 6m3,fermentation gas from the vertical cooling coil to assume,in terms of the tank coil connection we have made improvements.This is mainly to avoid multiple openings in the tank,open into a corner.This continuous manner satisfactory results in practical use. 主要技術(shù)參數(shù)參考表The main technical parameters of the reference table  |
